Activities and classes (for any Camden residents over 50) include beginners computer club, easy yoga, T'ai Chi, bridge club, knit, make & sew club. Affordable monthly coach trips; affordable Monthly London (Freedom Pass) trips; affordable West End theatre trips; group holidays; intergenerational projects. Advice sessions covering well being, benefits, pensions and wills etc. Volunteering opportunities and fun social events. Weekly Iraqi Elders Social Club with chair-based exercise class.
