Introduction 

Under the new housing regulations introduced in April 2010, all social housing providers, including local authorities, produce an annual report for their tenants.

Tenant feedback from last year has helped us change the way this year's annual report looks and reads. We hope you like what we've done and there is a short online survey you can use to tell us what you think of the report.
