How do I book my reusable furniture collection?

Please leave your furniture outside on your allocated collection day by 7am and ensure it is accessible from the front of your property.  Please keep it dry and covered if necessary. Collection crews may not collect furniture if it is wet.

Please note

  • All upholstered furniture must carry the 1988 Fire Safety Regulations label
  • Furniture will only be collected from third floor flats or above if there is a lift and it is large enough to accommodate the furniture. Please confirm this when booking a collection.
  • We only collect complete bed sets i.e. bed base and mattress together.
  • We do not collect small electrical items through this service.

What if my furniture is not good enough for reuse?
