How do I get my white goods collected?

Residential properties

  • collections from a residential property cost £10 for a maximum of two items
  • book a collection online
  • for more than two items, an assessment will be made and a free quote provided - the minimum collection charge is £25.00 - ask for a quote

Senior citizens and those in receipt of income support are eligible to two free collections per year.  This includes two collections of 1-5 items, OR two collections of white goods, OR one collection of each. Any collection requests over this limit will be charged as above.

  • Fridges;
  • Freezers;
  • Cookers;
  • Microwaves;
  • Ovens;
  • Washing machines;
  • Dishwashers;
  • Tumble dryers;
  • Radiators;
  • Boilers (providing they are broken up into easily carry-able pieces);
  • Steel or Cast Iron Baths (providing they are broken up into easily carry-able pieces);
  • Televisions;
  • Computer monitors (no hard drives);
  • American style refrigerators (providing they are outside on ground floor level).
