Help with your Camden Account

Parking

You can use your Camden Account to:

  • purchase and renew resident parking permits
  • purchase eVisitor permits

I used the previous parking system but don't have a Camden Account

You will need to create a Camden Account

When you have created an account and logged in, click on 'Parking'. To view your parking information you will need to enter the email and password you used with the previous parking system. You will only have to enter this information once.

Apply for a resident's permit

Note that you can only apply for one resident's permit. You can view your existing permit by logging in and clicking 'Parking'.

If you used to have a Parking Account you will need to create a Camden Account

Apply for a visitor permit

If you have previously bought visitor permits using your Camden Account, you need to click the ‘Top up’ button when viewing that permit to request more time or order more scratch cards.

If you used to use a Parking Account, you now need to create a Camden Account

Scratch cards

Once you start using electronic visitor permits you cannot use scratch cards any more. This is explained when you first buy an eVisitor permit.

If you are a new customer and are applying for visitor permits for the first time, you will not be able to order scratch cards.

Scratch cards can take up to five working days to arrive. If you need visitor permits more quickly you can use eVisitor permits, which you can purchase instantly and activate online or by SMS, mobile app or telephone.

Address change

To change your permit address, log in to your account and click 'Parking'. Your current permit address will be shown – click the 'change address' link next to it. Please note this may have implications for your permits.

Cancel permit and request refund

Complete the permit enquiries form to request a refund. This can take 28 days to process.

Upload documents

You may need to upload documents such as your proof of vehicle ownership or proof of residency. Log in to your account and click ‘Parking’. There will be a reminder message at the top of the page – click 'upload' to select a file from your computer to upload to your account.
