Contact private sector initiatives team

Supports Camden Council staff in the Housing Options Group by developing housing options, keeping front-line staff informed of available options and promoting the housing options approach. The team manages and administers incentives to private sector landlords such as the Private Renting Scheme and Deposit Guarantee Scheme; develops out of London/pan London housing options and develops affordable home ownership options for council tenants. Provides training and information for staff. The team is also responsible for implementing the Council's Private Sector Action Plan which includes bringing private sector empty properties back into use; Compulsory Purchase Orders and organising events for private landlords such as the annual London Landlords' Day.
