From 31st May 2011 this service will be delivered at Camden Council's new face-to-face reception point in the Town Hall Extension. The service offers specialist advice on housing options, rights to stay in your home, service charges, rent levels, repairs and other tenancy rights and mortgage arrears. Also offers advice on welfare benefits, income maximisation, dealing with debt and access to employment and training. Outreach service sessions at Kilburn Citizen's Advice Bureau and Kilburn Library, by appointment.
