FROM THE 15TH JUNE THE PRIVATE SECTOR TEAM WILL BE BASED AT BIDBOROUGH HOUSE (4TH FLOOR) 20 MABLEDON PLACE, WC1H 9BF. THE OFFICES AT 179-181 WEST END LANE WILL PROVIDE A REDUCED SERVICE - MON - TUES 9.30 - 15.00 CLOSED WED, THUR-FRI 9.30 -15.00. Some case work may be taken on, up until the office closes on 14th August. The team provides housing advice for private tenants, single homeless people, housing association and co-operative tenants, private leaseholders and owner-occupiers; they specialise in private sector housing, security of tenure, service charges, rent levels, repairs, welfare rights entitlement, housing options and mortgage arrears.
