Lauderdale House are recruiting an Arts/Heritage Administration Apprentice

Lauderdale House (http://www.lauderdalehouse.co.uk/) are recruiting a 18-24 year old Camden resident, Camden care leaver or former Camden Secondary School student to become Arts/Heritage Administration Apprentice and study towards an Advanced NVQ in Business Administration.

•    Contract: 12 months
•    Salary: £200 per week
•    Hours: 32 hours per week

Cabinet Office is recruiting an Apprentice Support Office Administrator 16+

The Cabinet office has an exciting opportunity for a 16+ applicant to train, earn and learn. The role offers an exciting opportunity to gain an in depth understanding of the work of the Parliamentary Counsel and the legislative process.

•  Salary: £384.38 per week
•    Hours: Monday –Friday (9am – 5pm)
•    Contract length: 18 months
•    Apprenticeship: Level 3 in Business Administration
•    Based: SW1A 2HQ

The Support Office Administrator is a varied and busy role. There are 4 Bill teams in the OPC made up of a team of Parliamentary Counsel. (Senior Lawyers who draft and prepare all primary legislation for the country). Each Bill team requires efficient and effective administrative support. As a Support Office Administrator, you will work as part of the Bill team as a member of the wider Support Office team led by the Support Office Manager, who has overall responsibility for the administrative support to Counsel. The role offers an exciting opportunity to gain an in depth understanding of the work of the Parliamentary Counsel and the legislative process.

Camden Council is recruiting an Apprentice Personal Assistant

We have an exciting new opportunity for you to train, earn and learn. The Chief Officer Support team is offering an opportunity to a 16 to 24 year old Camden resident or former Camden Secondary School student to become an Apprentice Personal Assistant (PA). Through the apprenticeship you will gain practical experience working for Camden Council whilst pursuing a Business Administration Apprenticeship qualification at Level 2.

•    Salary: £187 per week, rising to £206 per week after 6 months
•    Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday
•    Contract length: 12 months
•    Apprenticeship: Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business Administration (Level 2)

Mount Anvil are recruiting a Site Team Administrator Apprentice

Camden Council is recruiting an Apprentice Administrative Assistant

We have an exciting new opportunity for you to train, earn and learn.  Camden Council is offering an opportunity to a 16 to 24 year old Camden resident, Camden care leaver or former Camden secondary school student (who is eligible to work in the UK) to become an Apprentice Administration Assistant.

This apprenticeship will involve working at two different sites, performing different but similar roles. You will work four days of the week at Camden Council’s Careline and one day each week at Camden Carers Service. Through this apprenticeship you will gain practical experience in a range of administrative functions whilst pursuing an Advanced Business Administration Apprenticeship qualification.

•    Duration: 18 months
•    Salary: £241 per week, rising to £268 after 6 months, and £296 per week after 12 months
•    Hours: 36 Hours per week (Monday to Friday)
•    Based at: Four days a week at Camden Careline (Gospel Oak) and one day a week at Camden Carers Service (Chalk Farm)
•    Apprenticeship: Advanced Business Administration (Level 3)

Camden Careline (4 days per week)
Camden’s Careline Telecare team is the Council’s emergency response service and supports vulnerable residents to live independently in their own homes. The apprentice will provide administrative support to the team as well as liaising with customers, colleagues and internal and external partners.

Camden Carers Service (1 day per week)
Camden Carers Service is a voluntary organisation offering advice and support to carers. The apprentice will provide administrative support as well as supporting the development of other resources that will benefit carers, particularly the carer’s card (a card that enables carers to access discounts on goods and services).

Guys and St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust are recruiting THIRTY Administration Apprentices

Guys and St Thomas’ is one of the largest hospital trusts in the country, with around 12,500 staff; an annual turnover of more than £1 billion; and 1.6 million patient contacts a year. This Apprenticeship is working within the Specialist Children’s Services and may involve travelling to and working at various sites within London. You will be subject to an Enhanced DBS clearance. There are THIRTY positions available.

MegaNexus is recruiting a Front Line Support Apprentice

MegaNexus is offering an exciting opportunity for a 16 to 24 year old Camden resident or former Camden Secondary School student (who is eligible to work in the UK and does not have a degree/level 4 qualification) to become a Front Line Support Apprentice. You will gain practical work experience as well as studying for either a Level 2 or 3 Apprenticeship qualification.

•    Duration: 12 or 18 months (TBC)
•    Salary: £200 per week
•    Hours: 37.5 hours – Monday to Friday

Environment services is responsible for managing and delivering our duties as a statutory waste collection and statutory litter authority, providing domestic and commercial waste and recycling services, street cleansing services and running Regis Road recycling and reuse centre.

Under the guidance of the Market Development Officer, you will be handling enquiries and service requests relating to permanent/casual and event licenses, complaints, general enquiries and service requests. You will also be assessing complaints, taking the initiative to resolve when possible with high quality written and verbal responses, or escalating when necessary. You will provide administrative support to the Market Team, including database and record management, devising statistical data and responding to correspondence such as financial reconciliation, assisting with debt management and setting up payment plans.

GP surgeries across Camden and Islington CITE are recruiting Reception Administrative Assistants Apprentice

As Apprentice Receptionist at the GP Surgery you will be the first point of contact, ensuring that all visitors receive a warm welcome and excellent service. Also, you will assist the team in administrative functions to support the running of the Practice and contribute to patient care. The opportunity will give you an insight into business and administration role within NHS sector with long term prospects.

•    Salary: £160 – £190 per week
•    Hours: 40 hours per week
•    Contract length: 12 months
•    Apprenticeship: Intermediate NVQ (Level 2 – Business Administration)
•    Based: Camden and other Locations

Most apprentices who complete this course successfully are offered permanent positions with the same employer – often studying for Level Business Administration qualifications as well as Functional Skills qualification in English and Math’s (but if you have a recent GCSE in these subjects you can skip these parts of the course).
